CHERCHEUR EN HISTOIRE DE L’ART MODERNE

Doctorante à l’université Paris-Sorbonne, Flora Herbert prépare une thèse sous la direction du Professeur Marianne Grivel. Ses recherches portent sur les phénomènes de copies en gravure aux XVIIe-XVIIIe siècles et les transferts qu’ils occasionnent entre la France et l’Allemagne. Chargée de cours d’octobre 2010 à juin 2013 à l’université Paris-Sorbonne, elle participe au projet LexArt d’octobre 2013 à octobre 2015 en travaillant sur des ouvrages français, allemands et anglais des XVIIe-XVIIIe siècles, traitant en particulier de l’estampe, tels ceux d’Abraham Bosse.


PhD candidate at the University of Paris-Sorbonne, Flora Herbert is preparing a thesis under the supervision of Professor Marianne Grivel. Her research focuses on the copies phenomena in the art of engraving in the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries, and on the transfers they generated between France and Germany. Lecturer from October 2010 to June 2013 in the University of Paris-Sorbonne, she participated in the LexArt project from October 2013 to October 2015 by focusing on French, German and English publications of the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries dealing with engraving, such as the ones of Abraham Bosse.
